Caliper announced today that Scott Brihn has been promoted to Regional Vice President of the Great Lakes region, covering Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia. His extensive experience with business development at Caliper and deep industry knowledge of assessment solutions and organizational effectiveness makes Scott fully equipped to lead Caliper’s account team in the Great Lakes area.
In his role as Regional Vice President of the Great Lakes region, Scott will oversee an account team and work with them to strategically position Caliper as the assessment company of choice to clients.

Prior to his promotion to Regional Vice President, Scott was Caliper’s Director of Account Management where he worked with clients such as Caterpillar and Porsche as well as many other Fortune 500 companies. Scott functions as a partner for all of his clients and has expertise in delivering assessment consultations for employee selection and development purposes.
